The Promotion Receipts

Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 2026

Who we are

The Promotion Receipts (promotion-receipts.lovable.app) is operated by Dawn Simone Plummer, who is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect and why

  • Account data — your name, email address, and sign-in credentials. Used to create and secure your account (legal basis: contract performance).
  • Content you save — your accomplishments, goals, plans, and career details. Used to provide the service to you (legal basis: contract performance).
  • Usage and device data — pages visited, device identifiers, and IP address. Used for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement (legal basis: legitimate interests).
  • Support messages — anything you send us when you ask for help (legal basis: legitimate interests).

Payment data (card details, billing address) is collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record for the sale; we do not receive or store your card details.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that host and operate the app (cloud hosting and authentication);
  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing;
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed;
  • Authorities where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When it is no longer needed — for example after account deletion — it is deleted or anonymised, except where the law requires us to keep records (such as transaction records for tax purposes).

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — the ones required to keep you signed in and keep the service secure. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the site. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
