Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with
The Promotion Receipts (promotion-receipts.lovable.app) is operated by Dawn Simone Plummer ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm you are of legal age to enter into them.
2. The service
The Promotion Receipts is a career-progress toolkit: a receipts bank for your accomplishments, a case builder, a roadmap, a goal planner, and a progress dashboard. Some pages are free; the full toolkit is unlocked with a one-time payment of $27, which grants lifetime access to the paid features. No subscription, no recurring charges.
3. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including:
- Using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive;
- Infringing anyone's intellectual property;
- Interfering with the service's security, probing it, or scraping it;
- Reselling, redistributing, or reverse engineering the service, or circumventing its access controls.
5. Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You retain ownership of the content you save (your wins, goals, and notes). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the service itself — the software, design, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it.
7. Service level and warranties
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. If your access ends, you may contact us within 30 days to request an export of your saved content before it is deleted.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law requires otherwise.
10. General
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be handled in its courts.
